Payment

Aaradhy Handikraft accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards, as well as Paypal. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and bank wires. Payments must first clear before sculptures are shipped.

Cancellations

Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within 48 hours of placing an order, provided that the shipping process has not yet been initiated for the same Order.

Returns

Aaradhy Handikraft will accept returns on any purchases within 10 days for money back or exchange. No questions asked! Shipping charges are refunded on returns that are the fault of Aaradhy Handikraft, or if there is the unlikely event of damage during shipping. Aaradhy Handikraft does not refund shipping charges if the customer simply does not like the statue. A 4% service charge is applied to returns. The return fee and shipping charges are waived if Aaradhy Handikraft or the shipping company is at fault. If the customer is returning the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to our India address. we'll process your refund and credit it to your bank account within 3-5 business days.
